Use A Preset That Fits Your Preferences

The first step in creating your desired Zoi is to choose how they’ll look, and creating your preferred look from scratch is not something you’d want to do because it takes a lot of effort. The best way to go about it is to pick a preset that most closely resembles your desired look, and you can work your way from there.

InZoi features a huge variety of presets, and it’s not only limited to the face. The presets include everything from their face to their toes, including their outfits. Once you’ve selected a preset, you can go into the details and start adjusting the Zoi to make them look a lot more like how you want them to be.

You Can Drag The Nodes On The Face To Adjust Fine Details

At first look, you might not see many options to adjust when it comes to creating the face of your Zoi. However, there’s no need for extra options because you can adjust a ton of details by only clicking on the nodes on the face and then adjusting them according to your preferences.

Furthermore, if the regular mode isn’t enough for you. You can switch on the Detailed Appearance option that you can find in the middle of the screen to reveal even more nodes that can be adjusted, giving you full control of the facial structure of your Zoi.

If you want even more control over the facial structure of your Zoi, you can turn off the Symmetric Mode, which will allow you to adjust each node separately.

Pick An Adult Character

If you’re a beginner, you should pick the Adult option from the Character Creation. Adults have more freedom and can easily help you understand the basics of the game as you don’t have to rely on other Zois to get things done.

As an Adult, tasks like getting a job become easier, and you can get money from that too, which can be used to make your lifestyle more fun without any restrictions. On the other hand, if you start out as a child, you will also have to create family members and that can get a little overwhelming.

If you pick at least the Young Adult option, you can also choose a Desired Life which defines your Zoi’s lifestyle.

Pick Out A Desired Life Option For Your Zoi

While it is completely optional, picking a Desired Life gives you certain goals, and that will give you something to look forward to in the game. Different Desired Life options recommend different Traits, but it’s nothing to worry about even if you pick out a different Trait that isn’t recommended by your chosen Desired Life.

After starting the game, if you don’t like the goals set by your Desired Life choice, you can open the Zoi Card from the bottom-right corner of the screen and change or remove your Desired Life option.

Choose Your Traits Wisely

Unlike Desired Life options, Traits cannot be changed and have a heavy influence on your day-to-day life as well as conversation options. You can read the values and characteristics of each Trait from the Trait Menu in the Character Creation.

The Traits also affect the autonomous actions your Zois will perform throughout the day, so it’s best to be wary of this while you’re creating a Zoi. If you’re unsure about the details of a trait that you have already picked during Character Creation, you can open your Zoi Card and read about the selected Trait from there.

Create Outfits For Different Occasions

You can create a different outfit for each occasion, such as formal attire, sportswear, and the like. If you pick a different outfit for each event, your Zoi will wear the outfit that fits the occasion the best.

However, if you don’t want to do that, the game gives you a preset outfit for each event and your character will automatically wear the clothes depending on the occasion. If you don’t like the preset outfits, you can always change them by editing your Zoi later on.

Start Out With One Zoi

You should start with only one Zoi if you’re a beginner. Choosing only one Zoi will allow you to learn the basics of the game much more easily, and you’ll also learn to manage the needs and urges of your character with ease.

If you immediately give your Zoi a family, you’ll also have to manage their urges and that can get a little overwhelming in the beginning if you’re not used to things. So take it slow. Once you’ve grasped the feel of the game, then you can start out by giving your Zoi a family and create even more Zois to have fun with.
